Partner deselection

POS Partner deselection in opened POS on expiry the predefined time interval after the customer was set.

It's a good solution to eliminate human error, avoid fraud in case of customers are changing their choice. This module automatically allows deselecting customers after some amount of time.

How It Works

  • User with the "POS manager" level of access set up the deselection interval
  • User with the regular level of access (or higher) select the Customer for the purchasing
  • Customer has been deselected after 5 minutes (as example)
  • User can proceed with further work

Installation

  • Install this module in a usual way

Configuration

  • Open menu [[ Point of Sale ]]
    • Select a Point of Sale (POS)
    • Click on dropdown menu icon at the right corner of this POS and then select [Settings] inside a POS
    • Go to the Customer deselection interval section
    • Specify a Customer Deselection Interval in seconds
    • Click [Save]

Usage

  • Open a Point of Sale (POS)
  • Click Customer
  • Select a customer from the appeared List with all Customers (you can use search filed above)
  • Click the Set Customer button
  • Wait for an amount of time which you have predefined in the Customer Deselection Interval field
  • RESULT: Customer has automatically deselected after Deselection Interval.
