Customizable POS Receipt

Customize POS receipt to your taste

The module allows to customize POS receipt by adding custom templates. You can create as many templates as you wish and implement them by easy way.

How It Works

Go to Point of Sale → Configuration → Point of Sale.
To apply PosBox Receipt Template:

  • Activate Receipt Printer
  • Check Custom PosBox Receipt box
  • Select a custom template or add new one at Custom PosBox Receipt Template

To apply POS Ticket Template:

  • Check Custom box
  • Here also select a custom template or add new one in Custom Template field

If POS ticket template looks as follows:

You would see the result on receipt screen


PosBox Receipt Template

If PosBox receipt template looks as follows:

You can see it when print a payment receipt on your Receipt printer

Installation

  • Install this module in a usual way

Configuration

  • Open menu [[ Point Of Sale ]] >> Configuration >> Point of Sale
    • Open POS config form
    • At Hardware Proxy / PosBox section
      • Check [x] Receipt Printer box
      • Check [x] Custom PosBox Receipt box
      • Select Custom PosBox Receipt Template
    • At Receipt section
      • Check [x] Custom box
      • Select Custom Template

Usage

  • Open POS session
    • Add a product
    • Click [Payment]
    • Select payment method
    • Click [Validate]

RESULT: The ticket on receipt screen has customized view according to the template selected

  • Then click [Print Receipt]

RESULT: The printed receipt has customized view too
