Properties Hierarchy

Group property by Country, City, Regions, and building

Hello Fatma, this application looks very interesting to me, although, I have a few questions:

From what I understand, the payment is a one-time payment. Would I need to pay in addition for Odoo modules/apps? if yes, to what modules?
Is it possible to distinguish between unit maintenance and building maintenance expenses?
Is it possible to make changes and add additional features to that application?
Is it possible to get a more detailed list of capabilities of the application?
What domain would I be able to use for the website? Would it be possible to integrate with the domain that I bought from GoDaddy?

I really interested in this module have some queries 1- is real-estate module integrated with Sales & accounting modules 2- Customer can receive SMS notification about installment due date 3- Is Late Fee configurable ? 4- How can we attach a contract with the property or to have contract template where user can select and print while 5- is Arabic translation available ? finally can i see a demo ? email sent
