Distributor Mapping
Module for mapping sale orders and purchase orders per day with vendor and product details.
This module has been tested in enterprise version 12 only.
Highlights Of The Application
> Sale Order details per day with product details.
> Vendor selection to create Purchase Orders.
> XLS report with the product data.
> All in one operations screen.
> Manage your different sale orders and choose the right vendor to purchase/buy.
> Receive or Deliver items from the screen.
> Manage Every days sales with detailed summary and counter purchase on that sales.
> Daily Summary report for the sales item summary with total ordered, purchased and received and delivered qty.
Complete process for configuration and functionality explained below.
After installation, go to Sales >> Orders >> Distributor Mapping.
Create a record, select the date and then click on GENERATE DATA button
After the data is generated, two more buttons will be available. For either updating or regenerating data from sale orders.
Also, you can download the data generated in the XLS format by clicking on the EXPORT (XLS) button.
For creating the Purchase Order, select the products and then click on Action >> Validate.
For partial purchase orders, you can select the optional vendor and click on the CREATE OPTIONAL PO button. Also, all orders along with its deliveries and receipts will be shown above.
