You know very well that we bought 1 module twice (v13.0 and v12.0). We want to refund the first wrong purchase. You know that we didn't want the 13.0 module and never used it for the customer. We even made a statutory declaration. Therefore, we evaluate the business non-fair approach.

You did wrong purchase so it's totally your mistake there's nothing to do from our side. Statutory declaration won't work for us since Third-party applications always can be downloadable once you purchased. We didn't expect this type of behavior from you as an Odoo partner.

We have bad experience with module developers, they provide very bad support. We can not recommend.

Really? You never ask for support to us but you asked for a refund of the wrong version purchase. That isn't possible as per Odoo's refund policy. Also, you tried to blackmail us to give a negative rating if we do not refund you. Customer satisfaction is our most priority and we can do anything to achieve this but we never break our own and Odoo's policies.
