Gate Entry


This Gate Entry captures the details like entry date, LR/RR No, LR/RR Date, challan No, Sale Order, Goods Condition.

Step 1:

Create Purchase or Sale Order.


Step 2:

Create GRN for the purchase order but the validate button will not visible before the gate entry process.


Step 3:

Create gate entry for Sale or Purchase order. The products are automatically captured from the GRN.


Step 4:

The gate entry will be mapped to the corresponding sale or purchase order.


Step 5:

After the gate entry process validate button will be visible only if gate entry quantity and GRN qunatity are equal.
