Material planning and approval before proceeding the manufacturing order
This Module helps to plan for the material and its corresponding bill of material approval before proceeding the manufacturing order. It also provides an additional feature for machine allocation in MRP.
Step 1:
Create a manufacturing order with the bill of materials to consume.
Step 2:
If the product is not available in stock, a new button called "CREATE PURCHASE REQUEST" will be shown.Click to create PR.
Step 3:
Now request for the approval of the product to purchase and click CREATE NEW QUOTATION button.
Step 4:
Click confirm order and receive the products in Purchase->purchase order.
Step 5:
Now go back to the Manufacturing order and check its availability and continue the production.
Step 6:
"MACHINE ALLOCATION PLANNING".Go to Master data to get this menu.
Add machine name,total hours and date in the master table.
Goto Manufacturing order.Edit Machine allocation planning.If the total hours eceeds for the machine with respect to the MO date, the system will through error dialog box.
