Update module 12 to version 13

Hello Arun. 

I am using Odoo 13 and i have tried to use your module to install on my server which is successful. 

But now when i try to clock on "CRM Dashboard" to see all what's there, i am unable to go inside this module. 

Please help if some changes is to make in the code.
