Can you confirm these:
1. vat set in company ? Yes 
2. customer and company country is KSA ?Yes 
3. default barcode print in the product, printing correctly ?Yes  
still not workng

It does not appear any modifications to the invoice or QR. 

Like if I don't install not a module

what issue you face ? missing qr code ? make sure reportlab package is installed
