Description

Add payment acquirer 'Cash on Delivery' for portal customers. This module provides invoice manager to create flexible payment rules with many options.

This cash on delivery payment acquirer rules help to improve your payment handling process by providing cash on delivery payment restrictions based on country, state, zipcode and minimun amount and maximum amount other data.

Key Features

    Portal user can confirm sale order using cash on delivery payment method.
    Flexible payment rules with many options.
    Invoice manager can configure the cash on delivery method in payment acquirer.
    Portal customer can check the cash on delivery availability on product page.
    Invoice manager can also add extra cash on delivery fees on order.
    Invoice manager can also restrict the cash on delivery payment method to selected countries, states and zip codes on cash on delivery rules.

Configuration

Path: Invoicing/Configuration/Payments/Payment Acquirer/Cash on Delivery.
Configure cash on delivery rule, add extra fees and extra fees product on cash on delivery credentials tabs.

Cash on Delivery Rules

Path: Invoicing/Configuration/Payments/COD Rule.
Invoice manager can create flexible payment rules with many options. This rules help to improve your payment handling process by providing cash on delivery payment restrictions based on country, state, zipcode and minimun amount and maximum amount other data.

Fields Description:

Minimum amount: Set minimum amount for apply for cash on delivery payment method on sale order.
Maximum amount: Set maximum amount with tax included or tax excluded amount for apply for cash on delivery payment method on sale order.
Products: On selected products cash on deliery available.
Notes: If this field empty then apply cash on delivery payment method on all products.
COD Applicability: Here you can configure COD applicability by selecting country, states and zipcode.
Notes: If zipcode field is empty then apply cash on delivery payment method on all zipcodes.
COD Availability Message: Manager can write 'Cash on Delivery' availability message here.
COD Unavailability Message: Manager can write 'Cash on Delivery' unavailability message here.
COD Unavailability Message Payment: Manager can write unavailability message for payment screen in this field.
Show Policy: If this boolean will be tick manager can add policy content for product screen.




Cash on Delivery Workflow

On website product page customer can see porduct is available for cash on delivery or not.
Also see cash on delivery policy content.



Checkout Page

Select 'Cash on Delivery' payment acquirer and click 'Pay now' button.

After click 'Pay now' button order will be confirmed and customer can also see cash on delivery fees product on order details.

By using cash on delivery payment method transaction will be goes in 'pending' stage and sale order goes in 'Quotation Sent' stage.


Cash on Delivery Payment Collection

Path: Sales/Orders/COD Payment Colleaction.

Salesperson can create payment collection and here salesperson can select sales order, transaction and collection amount and delivery person.

By clicking on 'Confirm' button on payment collection and payment collection goes into 'confirm' stage.

After confirm payment collection record selected transaction goes into 'Done' stage and sale order goes to 'Sale Order' stage.
