Backend Moneris Payment
Moneris is a Canada payment gateway service provider allowing merchants to accept credit card payments through their website and over an Internet Protocol connection.
This module allows Admin, Account users or sales users to pay for their invoices and sale order using Moneris payment acquirer from their backend.

Key Features
Do Full Amount Payment Redirect to Moneris website from backend side.
Do Full / Partial Amount Payment within Odoo from backend side.
Ask customer to save payment information or not.
Customer can Add/Delete Credit card details.
Do Payment via Payment Tokenizer in backend side.
Note: This Application is integrated with canada moneris payment acquirer.
Configuration on Moneris Side
Configure url for validate, decline and cancel, Transaction type and Response method.

Access Rights
Menu sequence - Setting -> Users.
Go to user profile & allow user for 'View Online Payment Options'.

Odoo Configuration
Path: Invoicing -> Payments -> Payment Acquirer -> Moneris
Add Moneris credentials on Moneris payments acquirer configuration.

Select payment method and payment flow
Payment Flow
1. Redirection to the acquirer website: Payment time redirect to moneris page.
2. Payment from Odoo: Credit card details collect from the odoo and send it to moneris.

Backend Payment Transaction with Moneris (Redirection Flow)
1) Invoice Payment
Once customer invoice proceeds to 'Open' stage then pay with Moneris option will be visible on that invoice.
click on Moneris button, it will redirect to moneris payment screen.
click on Moneris button, it will redirect to moneris payment screen.

Fill credit card details and click on Process Transaction button.

Once user will click on 'Process Transaction' then new payment will be created & invoice will move to 'paid' stage automatically.

Payment transaction details will appear at Odoo side.

Transaction is successfully created at Moneris side.

2) Shop Payment
Once customer sale order proceeds to 'Sale Order' stage then pay with Moneris option will be visible on that order.
click on Moneris button, it will redirect to moneris payment screen.

Payment transaction details will appear at Odoo side.

Backend Payment Transaction with Moneris (Payment from Odoo flow)
Select payment method and payment flow

1) Shop Payment

2) Invoice Payment
Once customer invoice proceeds to 'Open' stage then pay with Moneris option will be visible on that invoice.

click on Moneris button, it will open popup box.
Check invoice details and fill all necessary details OR pay with already save card.

Once user will click on 'Pay Now' then new payment will be created & invoice will move to 'paid' stage automatically.

Payment transaction details will appear at Odoo side.

3) Authorize Transaction
In Moneris Payment acquirer enable 'Capture Amount Manually' to do authorize transaction.

click on Moneris button, it will open popup box.
Check order details and fill all necessary details OR pay with already save card.

Once the transaction will be authorized, we can capture or voided payment transaction from invoice and related payment reference will be appeared in invoice payment transaction.


Payment transaction details will appear at Odoo side.

Transaction is successfully captured at Moneris side.
