The module only adds the configuration screens, but never adds logic to actually open the drawer in the POS 
(it only has a function to know if the payment is cash or not), it is not a recommended module.

Hello there,

Does this module works if Odoo 12 is installed on cloud?

Our instance is a cloud instance and need to make sure the module works for both cloud and on-premise instalations.

Does this module replace the opening order sent by the printer? 
Or should I disable the order to open the drawer in the printer.

Hello,

Quick question. My solution uses POS box and cash drawer, but no need for printer. Does this enable the cash drawer to be opened without printing a receipt or is printer needed?
