No cache for SN or LOT + the worst support ever!!!!
the timing they are offering is not true!
the Serial numbers taking too much time to load (100K SN=15 minutes!!!)
asking for PAID support 25 days ago with useless response, even I didn't get qoute.
NO Client respect!!!!!

The module is excellent, but I asked for help two times, when I bought it and eight months later and never got any helping answer.

there was an issue from our bad code, however, he was so nice and he fixed it for and the pos now opens in 10 seconds with 13 000 variants

Awesome module, it cut back our POS loading time from >30 minutes to 5 seconds. I get back response from developer very quickly and she was support me to upgrade the module to version 12. Highly recommend!

Can not support 300k products, our technical just implement but could not index db to 300k product, my mean when out of limited ~ 300k product or customers. Browse load POS session will crashed Please support and improve Many thanks

Why there is no answers on our emails?
We have a list view on our pos. We have a colum for the product quantities. When we open the pos . All the qualities are found right, but when we update the module to get the new update from the back end . All the products qualities become 0
