Custom responses for Administrators
Administrators would be able to get custom responses, related to any Odoo module installed. Be it meetings module, projects module and sales modules respectively, custom queries can be asked to the bot and it will give the answers based on the data available in the database.

Administrators would be able to set up their custom commands and responses, which will serve their customers. They can add the intent name, few commands which will be used by the machine learning algorithms to understand and interpret customers text, to provide relevant responses.

Customers would be able to get instant responses from the chatbot. Be it as a customer when interacting on the website. Anything from latest deals, lead time, shipping methods, payment modes and order status can be asked to the Odoo chatbot.

How to Configure your Chatbot
step-1. Click on Chat bot and say Hi it will tell to you to add chatbot instance details

step-2. Give access permission for Chatbot to User.

step-3. Add your credentials click on connect now

Now again type Hi on your chatbot. It will throw message to contact your adminstrator. Then in this step you need to contact team Pragmatic Techsoft/ Pramatic Voice for further assistance.

Odoo AI Chatbot
Odoo AI Chatbot module helps to know the analytics of your Odoo 12 enterprise instance. This module can also help in listening to the audio responses from Chatbot mic.
Installation
To install this module, follow the steps below:
- Download the module, unzip it, and add it to your Odoo addons folder.
- Restart Odoo server and log in to your Odoo portal. After successful login, go to Apps menu.
- Update the app list by clicking on the Update Apps List link. Install the Odoo AI Chatbot module by clicking on the install button.
- Following modules account, calendar, crm, project, sale, stock, mail, base, website and pragtech_odoo_voice are mandatory for successful installation.
Upgrade
To upgrade this module, you need to:
Download the module and add it to your Odoo addons folder. Restart the server and log-in to your Odoo server. Now select Odoo AI Chatbot application from your installed apps, and upgrade the module by clicking on the upgrade button.
