Purchase Order Approval based on Analytic Account
This helps enhance odoo approval features allow user to approve purchase order based on analytic account. you can configure analytic account for specific person/manager for specific orders in odoo erp module.
Purchase Order Approval by Analytic Account
Analytic account manager can approve purchase order.
Analytic Account on Purchase Order
User can select analytic account on purchase order and it will automatically selected on purchase order line.
Validate Purchase Order When Empty Analytic Account
If analytic account is empty in purchase then raise warning.

Configuration
Only budget manager can approve purchase order, to allow enable "budget manager" under settings > users & companies > user.
Analytic Account Manager
Add user and manager in analytic account to approve purchase order.
To Approve Purchase Order
When clicking "confirm order" button on purchase order, it will moved on "to approve" state until it will not approved by budget manager.
To Approve Purchase Order Menu
Budget manager can see new menu "purchase order to approve" under purchase, and all to approve orders.
Approve Purchase Order
Budget manager can approve purchase order by clicking "approve order button on purchase order.
After approve purchase order will moved on "purchase order" state.
