Compare the quotations / purchase orders

After receive the quotations which sent from your vendors, make a comparison, and send to your manager to ask for approval

Purchase Agreement

Add Potential Vendors to Purchase Agreement

There is a new tab Potential Vendors on the form view

Create multi quotations in mass

After confirming the purchase agreement, click on the button New Quotation for Potential Vendors

Base on the lines of purchase agreement, this module will create a quotation for each potential vendor

Comparison Card

Send RFQ to your vendors, update the unit price. Now, you need to create a comparison card and send to your manager

From the comparison card form view, click on the button Compare Quotation

A comparison card form view will be shown like below

You can click on the smart button Analysis to see the pivot view

This pivot shows the comparison of the quotations base on their unit price and total amount

Manager's Decision

Click on the button "Submit" on the form view of comparison card

There are some new button appear to let the manager make his choice

He can refuse all the quotation by clicking on the button Refuse all Quotations or

He can choose one of them by clicking Approve at that line
