Integrate with Purchase module and helps you to send the RFQ or Purchase Order Details to your vendor via WhatsApp.

Purchase WhatsApp Integration module provides an easy interface for sending the RFQ or purchase order details to vendor's WhatsApp mobile number.

Work Flow: How it Works
RFQ Creation
  • Create the Purchase order
  • Click the button "Send by WhatsApp" to send the order details.
Edit OR Send
  • After Clicking the button "Send by WhatsApp", a wizard pops-up here you can edit the message or directly send.
  • To send click the "Send" button, it will redirect you to the WhatsApp application.
Ready To Send
  • Click the "SEND" button to send the message.
Message Sent
  • Here the message is sent to the customer.
Message Logged in Chatter
  • Here the message is logged in the chatter for future reference.
