Non, seul les dysfonctionnements sont pris en compte dans le support, sinon vous devez avoir un contrat de support Aunéor Conseil.
- L’hébergement est-il compris dans le module ?
Non. Si vous souhaitez être hébergé chez Aunéor Conseil ou chez Odoo, alors vous pouvez souscrire un
contrat auprès d’Aunéor Conseil ou d’Odoo mais ce contrat d’hébergement sera indépendant du présent module.

This module allow to export account move lines in an ASCII format accepted by Quadratus application. Note: The partner internal reference is used instead of account code for receivable/payable accounts
Usage :
- Go to to Accounting > Report > Quadra > Export ASCII
- Fill start and end date
- Click on "Generate" button
- A warning is displayed to alert if there is missing "Internal Reference" on partner associated to "Receivable"/"Payable" accounts
- Download your ASCII file and import it on Quadra
Configuration :
In Accounting/Configuration/Settings you have an option "Quadra Export Group Lines", this allow to group the move lines by account/ journal entry / partner during the export.
In Contacts form view, 2 fields added:
- "Customer Ref Quadra"
- "Supplier Ref Quadra"
In order to use a different ref for partner which are customer and supplier, when an account line is exported, we use:
- The "Customer Ref Quadra" of the partner if defined and account type is "Receivable"
- The "Supplier Ref Quadra" of the partner if defined and account type is "Payable"
- The "Reference" field (also used by the FEC) if defined and the account type is "Payable" or "Receivable"
- Otherwise, we use the account code

How to configurate
Go to to Accounting > Report > Quadra > Export ASCII
Fill start and end date and click on generate button
Allow to enter the quantity to be reserved when clicking
Download your ASCII file and import it on Quadra
This module allow to group the move lines by account/ journal entry / partner during the export
You can send an email to the address: support@auneor-conseil.fr specifying the name of the module in the subject of the email or contact us by phone. You will also need to attach a copy of the purchase invoice for the Odoo apps module.
- Is the support included in the module ?
No, only malfunctions are taken into account in the support, otherwise you must have an Auneor Conseil support contract.
- Is accommodation included in the module ?
No. If you wish to be hosted by Auneor Conseil or Odoo, then you can sign a contract with Auneor Conseil or Odoo but this hosting contract will be independent of this module.
