Quickbook Integration as its name suggests is an addons which integrates Odoo and Quickbooks Online version.

Quickbook Configuration
- Navigate to the Settings menu and click on Quickbook.
- Create a new record to configure our Quickbooks settings.
- Now enter the quickbooks credentials.
- After entering the credentials, please click on the Authorize & Get Token button. which will take to the Quickbooks online.
- Now we need to enter our quickbooks credentials.
- Now select the company, click on the next & our access token will be generated.
- Our access token will be automatically copied to the odoo Quickbooks settings.
Now, we can do the Import/Export
Import Quickbook Account
- 1st thing we should do is import accounts from Quickbooks.
Quickbook Account
- Once the accounts from Quickbooks are imported. Now, we need to map them with the respective Odoo accounts which we can do by going to the Configuration menu of Invoicing menu.

Import/Export Customers
- Here we can import/export customers from odoo to quickbook and quickbook to odoo.
Import/Export Vendors
- Here we can import/export vendors from odoo to quickbook and quickbook to odoo.
Import/Export Account Taxes & Payment Methods
- Here we can import/export account taxes & payment methods.
Import/Export Products & Account Invoices
- Here we can import/export products & account invoices.
Import/Export Sale & Purchase Orders
- Here we can import/export sale and purchase orders.
Import Journal Enteries
- Here we can import journal enteries from quickbook to odoo.
