Stock Card Configuration

After installing this module, go to users setting and give access right for users to be stock card Qty only or stock card Qty and values.

For stock card Qty and values Group .

user can see opening (quantity and value), IN (quantity and value), OUT (quantity and value) and balance (quantity and value)

- Stock card report without select any product category nor product, it’s printed all products.
- Without internal moves option show receipt and delivery only don’t show internal transfer

Stock card for one Product_1 Without internal moves.

There is no opening Qty nor opening value because start date not added

For all move option check that there is internal transfer shown in this case.

For start date selected, so there is opening Qty and opening value.

For stock card Qty only group .

user can show only opening, IN, OUT and balance quantities without values

Stock Summary Report

Stock card summary report can be selected from drop down list of report type.

Stock card summary report for Product-1 without start date.

- Stock card summary report shows the product summary of Begin, IN, OUT and end quantity and value.
- Begin quantity and value is zero because there is no start date

- Stock card summary report shows that There is a Begin quantity and value because of the start date.

- Stock card summary report per product category,
it shows all product that belong to this category
