You probably thought of certificates/Letters only as something you received, a document professionally produced by some distant designer, after you need to add name and related details like date address, etc in every certificate/Letters manually so that is the quite time-consuming task. Now with this module where can create a dynamic certificate/Letters in odoo. here in this module provide a menu where you can create a template and then you can use it dynamically. for example, you create a template and after you just need to select a customer or partner after that automatically fills all related details in the selected template. You can also print that in PDF file.
Using this module you can create Formal Letter, Informal Letter, Bussiness Letter, Official Letter, Circular Letter, Social Letter, Employment Letter, Warning Letter, Offer Letter, etc.
Using this module you can create a certificate like a Certificate for Appreciation, Best Employee of the month, Best Seller, Achievement, Completion, Excellence, Professional Conformity, Professional Conformance, Professional Air Cadet Recognition, Professional Project Completion, Professional Job Experience, Professional Training Certificate, etc.

Goto Letter Template and create a template.
For Example, create a template for 'Employee of The Month'
After creating template goto 'Letter' and make Letter select template, partner, employee, etc.
After Selecting employees and partner the output will show like this.
After approving this letter it will set in an approved state.
'Send By Email' You can send this letter to the customer, partner email.
After click 'Send By Email' this wizard will popup. Here you must select recipients and letters automatically added in the attachment.
You can easy to see sent emails with attached letters in emails.
In the contact form, you can see the count of the letter which is sent to that contact in the 'Letter' smart button.
After click (Letter) smart button you will redirect to the letters list view.
