Point Of Sale Order Signature

This module allows to take the signature of the customer/POS user in the POS order. You can capture a signature with the customer name and date. The signature is automatically saved in the backend. You can print the drawn signature on the receipt with the name and date.

  • Customer signature in the POS order.
  • You can take a signature with the customer name.
  • You can take signature with date.
  • You can print the signature in the order receipt.
  • You can print the signature in the receipt with the name as well as date.
  • We provide below configurations,

    A) Allow Signature: If this option is ticked then it allows the signature in the POS order.
    If this option is unticked then it does not allow signature.

    B) Allow Name With Signature: If this option is ticked then you can take signature with the name.
    If this option is unticked then it does not allow to take the signature with the name.

    C) Allow Date With Signature: If this option is ticked then you can take signature with the date.
    If this option is unticked then it does not allow to take the signature with the date.

    If you want to take signature with the name and date then you have to tick both "Allow Name With Signature" & "Allow Date With Signature".

    D) Display Signature Detail In Receipt: If this option is ticked then it allows to print signature in the POS receipt.
    If this option is unticked then it does not allow to print the signature.

    E) Display Signature In Receipt: If this option is ticked then it allows to display the signature in the POS receipt.
    If this option is unticked then it does not allow to print the signature.

    F) Display Name In Receipt: If this option is ticked then you can print signature with the name.
    If this option is unticked then it does not allow to print the signature with the name.

    G) Display Date In Receipt: If this option is ticked then you can print signature with the date.
    If this option is unticked then it does not allow to print the signature with the date.

    If you want to print signature with the name and date then you have to tick all "Display Signature In Receipt", "Display Name In Receipt" & "Display Date In Receipt".

The main configuration for the point of sale order signature.


Tick "Allow Signature" to take the point of sale order signature.


Press the "Signature" button to take the signature.


After that this popup opens, take the signature, and press the "Save" button.


The signature is automatically saved in the backend.


If this option is ticked then you can take signature with the name.


In the signature popup, you can take the signature with the name.


The signature is automatically saved in the backend with the name.


If you want to take signature with the name and date then you have to tick both "Allow Name With Signature" & "Allow Date With Signature".


In the signature popup, you can take the signature with the name & date.


The signature is automatically saved in the backend with the name & date.


Tick "Display Signature Detail In Receipt" to print the point of sale order signature in the receipt.


If this option is ticked then it allows to display the signature in the POS receipt.


In the signature popup, take the signature with name & date.


If you have ticked only "Display Signature In Receipt" in the "Display Signature Detail In Receipt" then it shows the only the signature in the receipt, not shows name and date.


If you have ticked only "Display Signature In Receipt" & "Display Name In Receipt" then it shows the signature and name in the receipt.


In the signature popup, take the signature with name & date.

If you want to print signature with the name and date then you have to tick all "Display Signature In Receipt", "Display Name In Receipt" & "Display Date In Receipt".
