SMS using textlocal SMS Gateway

Create Account in Text Local

Go to Settings -> Technical -> IAP -> IAP Accounts -> Create New IAP Account

Service Name -> textlocal

Account Token -> your textlocal api key

Company -> Your selection

Go to Settings -> Technical -> Parameters -> System Parameters -> Create New Parameters

key->textlocal.sender

value->Your Sender ID

I am using ODOO version 12, I made the changes that are mentioned on this page. But how do I install the downloaded textlocal?. Please help.
