Matching Purchase with Sales Order

Enables matching customers PO with related Sales Order

Overview

At times you receive Purchase Order from customers which doesn't match with your Sales Order like Payment or Delivery Terms.

This app enables you to understand whether associated PO is matching or not, if not user has to mention the reason for not matching.

  • New field PO Matching (blank by default) is introduced, user should mark it Yes or No after verifying the PO manually for associated SO.

  • If Yes, system will allow you to confirm the quotation, otherwise user should add the Remarks for not matching PO
