Point Of Sale Fix Discount

User can enable/disable Fix Discount for POS order. Any user can enble/disble this functionality as per his/her choice from the pos config setting as shown in below image. After enabling feature use can see Fix discount button on left side panel beside Discount Button.On click of Fix Discount button, popup open for amount selection as shown in below Screenshot.On click 'OK' , Discount will be apply on whole order as shown in below image. Note : User have to enable pos Global Discount Feature in POS Config.
