Automatically apply your signature to invoices so you don't have to sign them manually everytime.

Upload your signature:
You can upload a signature for every user.
When you are logged in as that user, you'll now have the option to use your signature.
Signature on invoices:
When you create an invoice, the signature will be applied to it automatically.
You can see how it looks with the preview.
How to use the module?
How to upload the signature:
- You can upload it under your preferences.
- Just click on your avatar on the top right and select preferences to open the menu for your settings.
- You will see the Signature field under Other preferences.
- When you hover over the image symbol, the options to edit and delete will be displayed.
- By clicking on edit, the Windows explorer will open and you can search for the image of signature you wish to upload.
- Then just click on Open and save the changes.
- As previously mentioned, the other option is to delete the image if you no longer want to use it.
Add the signature to invoice:
- You can now navigate to a Quotation and click on Create invoice.
- Click on Create and view invoices button.
- When the invoice opens you'll see the signature field with the image of your signature.
- You also have the option to not include the signature, if you don't mark the checkbox.
- You can check how the signature looks on the invoice if you use the Preview button.

Will I receive free upgrades if I purchase this module?
We provide access to all versions prior to and including Odoo Version 12.
With Odoo Version 13 and newer versions every version will be sold separately.

Is this module compatible with Odoo Enterprise, or only Community?
Yes it's compatible with Enterprise version (On-premise and Odoo.sh) as well as Community version.
The module cannot be installed on Odoo Online (Cloud), since it doesn't allow third-party modules.

Do I need any additional modules for this to work?
For this module to work, you just need the basic Invoicing module.
Can I use the signature on bills as well?
No, you can only use the signature on invoices for sales.
Which format is supported for the signature?
The module supports jpeg as well as transparent png format.
Is this signature comparable to electronically signed document?
No, since the signature from this modules is not connected to an electronic certificate of the user.
