Overview
This module caches a large part of the records of the Odoo base module objects, which are common to all users, so that part of the view content and other common elements are passed from the database ( Disk) to RAM, improving the load and increasing the capacity of concurrence of requests, which translates to more capacity of users with the same hardware.

Cache more than 100 requests to the database for each load of any web view, per user, which translates, according to the modules installed, cache of more than 30,000 requests to the database per user.

How does caching work?
Data in a cache is usually stored in fast-access hardware, such as random access memory (RAM) and can also be used in conjunction with a software component. The main objective of the cache is to increase data recovery performance to avoid having to access the underlying storage layer, which is slower. When exchanging capacity for speed, a cache typically stores a subset of data transiently, unlike databases whose elements are usually complete and durable.
If we compare accesses, we have to latency, that is, the time we wait to receive the first data from a memory. The hard drive, this time, is milliseconds (DISK) and in nanosecond (RAM) memories. In this case there are differences of 100,000 times.

Bug
We had purchased Ir Ui View Cache module and are noticing an issue. The issue is that when using the module with website editor, sometimes the page is loaded from cache and this causes the changes done by the user not to be seen. In other words, an old version of the page that is edited is shown to the user. Please help us fix this issue.
This actually makes a noticeable difference.
Now me and my employees will be able to do things seconds quicker, in a day with multiple people the module will pay for itself in no time. It's a no brainer. There was one Issue I was having, which was debug mode was not able to see the technical menu (for advance settings), but the developer solve my problem and updated the module same day! Thank you.

Greetings Mr. Andres Penagos, the difference is that the ui view cache only caches the requests of the ir.ui.view object and the web_cache module checks eight objects including ir.ui.view
