Website Claim Ticket Odoo Apps
Website claim Odoo apps is used for give customer an interface where he/she can enter details of claim about product or after services and that information will be accessible to the company also. This odoo apps helps to register claim form easily the odoo website and webshop for purchase product, after installing this apps website visitors and user can register their claim about the product purchase from website as well as from the backend orders. Also this user can see status of the register claim and view all the placed claim by that specific users also able to make communication with support team from the website communication chatter from the claim ticket.

User can enter details about subject of claim, reason , trouble responsible person, priority and other related details about claim. After completing filling form user can submit it from submit claim button.
All Claims List
Display all created claims list.
Administrator Manage All Customer Claims Details
Administrator can see all customer claims details under sales main menu under After-sale services.
Administrator can Manage all claims details.
