AA - EMPLOYEE LOAN MANAGEMENT

How Does It Work?

Simple and easy steps to follow.

  1. Install the App Employee Loan Management App.

  2. Add configuration parameters in the Settings

  3. Start Using the App using the below documentation

Employee Loan Management App Documentation

Navigate to the Loan Management App

Configurations

In the Configurations Tab, go to settings

Then Add Loan Account and Loan Journal so that Loan App can create accounting entries properly.

Loan Requests

Click on the "Loan" Menu and then "Quick Loan request" .

Click "Create"

If its a Manager the View will be like this

And if it's an Employee the View will be like this

Fill in the required fields such as Loan Amount And Purpose.

Submit the request.

In the "Return" menu of "Loan" Tab, the Employee can see the returned loans, and the Manager can approve the returned Loan, making sure that the Loan is returned.

Manage Requests

In the Manage Tab,

Managers can see requested Loan Requests

and can Approve requested Loans.

Once a Loan is Approved an automated return request will be created and if the Loan is returned Manager can approve that return request.

Reporting

In the Reporting Tab,

Users can View Individual "Employees Loan Reports"

As well can see the whole "Organizations Reports"

Scheduler For Automated Loan Deductions:

Below scheduler will run every month for all Employees.

If any Employee has taken a Loan, that amount will be added into the contract of that Employee and the return Entry will be created in the Loan Return page against that Employee.

Also on each Loan Request or Loan Return there will be a journal entry as well in the Accounting.

Automated deductions from Payroll

Manager will be able to edit that Loan amount in the Contract,

If an Employee asks to return the amount of his/her choice, then the Manager can simply edit the Quick Loan amount in his/her Contract.

Changing the amount in the Contract will also change the amount in Loan Return Request (Created from Scheduler),

As well as change the amount in the Journal Entry (Created from Scheduler) also.

Now, when the Manager computes the Payroll of an Employee the amount will be added to the Payslip and will be deducted from the Payslip when Confirmed.

Notification Features

Notification on Loan Request Creation:

When an employee creates a Loan Request , an Email Notification will be sent to the relevant Approvers informing them about the new request.

Notification on Loan Request Approval:

When a Loan Request is Approved, another Email Notification will be sent to the Employee who made the request, informing them about the Approval Status .

Similarly, when a Loan Request is Rejected, a Notification should be sent to the Employee informing them about the Rejection Status .
