    To install this module, you need also the Helpdesk , Live Chat module.

Features

View customer information directly on the live-chat box
- Navigate to LiveChat page.
- Join a channel.
- When join a live-support sesion, users can view customer information on the beginning of the chat box. The display record is based on the information that customers fill when starting a conversation.

View visitor path
- With advanced_helpdesk module, admin can view which pages on the website that the customer has visited. The visitor path makes it easier for suppliers to provide proper support services personally for customers.

Manage live-chat session.
- Admin can track all the chat history, which helps to improve customer support service.
+ Navigate to Live Chat page, click on a channel to view the chat session.

On the chat channel, click on Sessions. Go to session details of the channel.

On the session page, admin can view details of each session, including:
+ Session date: date and time the conversation is created.
+ Visitor information: customer details, based on the information that customers fill to start the conversation.
+ Livechat Stage: the session status. There are three available stages: Waiting, In Progress, Done.
+ Attendees: the participant of the conversation.
+ Message: the number of message in the conversation.

Click on a session to view details. Go to the session details page.
+ Admin can view chat history, to ensure that no message from customers is missed.
+ Admin can update the session stage to mark the chat session as pending (Waiting), processing (In Progress) or completed (Done).
+ Livechat Stage: the session status. There are three available stages: Waiting, In Progress, Done.
+ Attendees: the participant of the conversation.
+ Message: the number of message in the conversation.

Active HelpDesk Bot.
- The module supports Helpdesk Bot to activate 24/7 support.
- Follow the steps below to activate the Helpdesk Bot.
+ Enable debug function in Odoo system. Navigate to Setting > Developer Tools > click on "Activate the developer mode".

Create a new Odoo Bot. Go to Settings > Users > click on Create.

Enter necessary information, then click on Online to activate 24/7 support chat box. .

Login to Bot account, join a channel, the chat box in this channel will be available 24/7.

The chat box is alway available with active Bot..
