Import/Export/Update Sale Order Lines
Key Features
- Can be used to import mass sale order lines using excel file
- Can be used to export existing order lines and update it.
- Import order line just using product code(if quantity not provided it will take from system configuration)
Import Large Number of Order Line Just Using Code .
Sometime sales person have special need to import i.e. 12 (Dozen) quantity. By just using product code saleperson import product just using product code and set default quantity on wizard and all the product will be imported with default quantity. In this case price, discount and taxes will be automatically set based on pricelist and product.
Import/Export/Update Mass Order Lines.
In many case salesperson need to update large number of order line(i.e. Price or Quantity). We keep this thing in mind and given option to export all order line, then user can update detail of order line on excel file and import same file on system. In few seconds whole order with 500 to 1000 lines updated very easily.

Click on Import/Export Order Line button to import lines.
Select file to import and click on import button.
Here is imported sale order.
To Update existing order just export order lines and make whatever changes you need on line and import it again .
