How to use

  • Into Rental -> Configuration -> Branch, You can define Branch.


  • Into Rental -> Configuration -> Operations Type, You can configure the different Type of Opertaions like Customer, Return, Internal.


  • Into Rental -> Rental -> Product, User have to configure rental product, need to set price and branch inside the product view.


  • You can set interior, exterior for specific product


  • Into Rental -> Rental -> Quick Search, You can Search the product by Enter the Appropriate value.
  • Here you have to select start date and end date.
  • Then you can select your branch and product Category.
  • After that you have to click on search button for show available product between those date.
  • After that you will get list of product, you can select product and generate rental order, click on create button on top.


  • After Create the rental order, click on Confirm button to Confirm the Rental Order.
  • If you want to create contract with customer then you can enable contract required
  • once you confirm the rental order,it will create rental move, and If contract required is true then it will create rental contract as well


  • Here you can see contract form
  • You can generate cancellation policy as per your requirement
  • You can make recurring invoice for customer, you can set interval time and amount, so based on interval time invoice will be created automatically for that customer
  • You can see recurring invoice details in recurring page, you can attach document in document page,you can make cancellation policy and see inside cancellation policy page.
  • Here you can collect security deposit as well and that will be added inside invoice
  • Here needed electronic signature between customer and contractor, so you can made directly in contract form
  • Customer will get email once this contract is process, and if contract near to expire then customer also will get mail for that


  • Once you click on create invoice button from contract it will generate invoice based on that contract


  • Let's move for movement of product after confirm rental order
  • Based on configured operation type, you can see dashboard data


  • Once the rental order confirmed then move will be create for delivery
  • Here you can select product from list and deliver to customer


  • After that you can see delivered product inside On rent Dashboard
  • Inside receive product move, we can collect delay charge as well


  • After receive product you can create inspection for checking the product damage and interior and exterior is available or not.
  • If any things damage then you can create invoice from here and can take charge of that product.
  • Here you can select inspection location and inspection person.


  • Once done successful inspection you can move your product into store


  • Here you can see calender view, and from click on date you can create rental order as well


  • You can search product from website and book product


  • Next process for checkout






  • For payment you can use payment acquire from odoo


  • After success of payment you will get confirmation page
