Features :

• You can set any user as default follower of the lead so any new lead your user do not need to add you as follower and you can track the progress of each lead.


• You can also set which process you want to track so you can avoid unwanted notifications.

Go to Configuration and select 'Lead Follower Setting'.

Create a new configuration and select as many fields you want to track.

Now, by create a new lead with another user you can see here that by this module 'admin' user now following this lead.

Change the state from 'New' to 'Qualified'.

Hence, if there is any changes can be done by demo user for particular fields notification will be send to a admin.
