Process

• Configuration and Specifications:
  1. Activate debug mode.
  2. Create a survey having category as recruitment.
  3. A menu will appear under Recruitment/Configuration/Stages which allows to configure stages.

• Creating Stages
  1. Create recruitment stage for specific department, job title, responsible applicant, responsible employee, and survey.

• Updating Applicant's Form Stage
  1. If the department and job title meet the requirements set in the stage, the survey will be added to the survey stage table.

• Email
  1. The email will appear in the chatter to start the exam
