CRM Claim Management Odoo Apps
This module was provided in earlier versions of Odoo/OpenERP. But it was removed in the latest versions i.e Version 10.0 and 11.0. We have developed this module to provide the same functionality as it was providing in its earlier version.
With this module user can raise a claim for certain issues with any provided service.

User Can Easily Do The Claim
User can do Claim when he is not satisfy given service.
User Configuration
Users can easily configure the claim management system according to his requirement.
Set Claim Date
User can easy to set starting date and ending date for claim.
Provide Different Categories and Stages
This app provide different categories and stage for claim process.Claims Menu
Claim can be raised from Sales, where After-Sale is provided into menu. Claims can be raised from Claim option. On clicking Claim option, a new page will be displayed where claims that are already raised will be displayed and also new claim can be raised.
Place Claim and Other Details
You have to provide details of against whom you want to place claim and other details.
