POS - Point of Sale Chatbox/Discuss Box Odoo App helps to chat, opens for video or audio call correspondence between Odoo users. Users can configure POS chatter to use in the POS screen. In POS when the user clicks on the chat button a dialog box will open and uses chatter with text, attachment, audio and video function.
POS Configuration for Chatter
User can enable "Chatter" checkbox to use chatter in POS.
Text with Attachment in Chatter
User can use text with attachment in chatter.
POS Configuration for Chatter
Under Point of Sale > Configuration > Point of Sale menu user need to enable "Chatter" field.
Chat Button in POS
When the user clicks the "Chat" button a dialog box will open.
Chat Box in POS
When the user clicks on the "New Message" button a chat box will open, now the user has to add a username with which the user wants to chat.
Use chat with attachment correspondence between Odoo users.
Discuss App Chatter
In discuss app chatter, Use chat with attachment correspondence between Odoo users.

When user clicks on "Channel" a chat box will open, now user can chat in the available channel
Discuss App Chatter
Users can view all chats from the POS system. This allows them to access and manage conversations easily.
