Stock Level Indicator and availability check Sales Quotation Odoo apps
It is necessary to have efficient control on stock of product, So sales team avoids over and under-stocking. Normally at the time of quotation its important to know actual available quantity of that product, to have a clear idea of the stock availability So he/she can get an idea about most sellable product, How much quantity they need,How much quantity is in incoming stock. Well maintained stock level can show the growth of the business, not only in numbers but also get an idea about upcoming stock. Using Stock Level Check in Sales Quotation Odoo apps Sales Team will get information about a current stock level with specific quantity and the incoming stock within few days which helps in delivery process of ordered products more effectively.
Features
User can check stock.
Users are allowed to check the stock availability in quotation.
Show percentage of the stock.
User are allowed to see the percentage of stock available.
User can keep available and move remaining.
User can move only unavailable remaining quantity to new quotation.
User can create new quotation
Users are allowed to create new quotation with available stock.
Different action plans for stock check
Select the action confirm the order with the available stock.
Move unavailable & confirm current quotation.
User can confirm the current quotation and move unavailable to new quotation.Configuration of Sales Stock Level Indicator Button
After installation of this module, an option "Check the stock level in Quotation" will be visible under menu Sales in settings. Allow this option will show a button "Check Stock" in quotation. You will also find the percentage of the quantity available in the list view & kanban view.

By clicking on "Check Stock" button, Stock Check pop up will open.
Stock Check in Quotation Wizard
Here you can see two type of process view in terms of percentage(%) and total amount. First graph will be a total of the net on hand quantity against total required quantity in a quotation. Second graph will be the total price of net on hand quantity against the total value of your quotation.This is a specified information of data in the form of process graph, It can make the decision-making process in quotation more effective for Sales Team.an">By clicking on "Check Stock" button, Stock Check pop up will open.
Brief Detail About Products
Here in this wizard, you can see a list of products with possible Incoming quantity of next 7, 30 & 100 days.We have shown the net on hand stock because this stock will be not reserved from any other order.
Action from Stock Check Wizard
From this wizard you can perform 4 type of actions.
Confirm this Order
Selecting this Option, your current Quotation will be confirmed. Before confirmation, you can modify required quantity or remove products from Quotation. You can log a note from here. It will be added into current Quotations messaging area.
Move all Unavailable to new Quotation
Selecting this option all the unavailable products will be copied to new Quotation. You can write a note for new Quotation from here. It will be show on messaging area of new created quotation.
Keep Available and move remaining to new Quotation
Selecting this option the system will keep available Net on hand quantity here and move only unavailable remaining quantity to new Quotation.Then you can confirm the current order after remove unavailable product.
Move all Unavailable & confirm current Quotation
This action will confirm current Quotation and move all unavailable to new Quotation. In this case, system will confirm the current Quotation.
