Apply TDS Deducation for Vendor Bills and Payment Odoo Apps
Apply TDS Deduction on Vendor Payment Odoo App is used to apply/deduct TDS amount in vendor bill payment. TDS deduction is the process on Indian Accounting localization for vendor bill payment which is satisfied using our this app. This apps provide apply TDS checkbox including two fields 1) TDS account (visible accounts which only ticked as "TDS Account" Checkbox) and 2) TDS %. User can select TDS account and entered percentage of TDS then TDS amount is automatically calculated in total. User can also view TDS amount in vendor bill report which is deducted for vendor bill and register payment will auto deduct this TDS amount while reconcile vendor payment.

Create Vendor Bill with TDS Amount
Users are allowed to create vendor bill with TDS amount and also select different type of TDS account.
Print Report with TDS Amount
User can see TDS amount in vendor bill reports.Accounting set up for TDS Account
In the below image we have set up Purchase TDS Accounts which will be used in respective documents. You can check the amount of TDS in Chart of Accounts.
Here you can see the detailed configuration of TDS account set up under chart of accounts.
Apply TDS Checkbox in Vendor Bill
You can tick 'Apply TDS' checkbox so two more field added for using TDS in vendor bill.
Enter necessary details and Most Importantly Check the Apply TDS Check Box True. Enter the Quantity, Taxes and etc. Here taxes, price and all other related fields will ne calculated in total. You can also select the TDS account type and entered TDS in percentage.
Here you can see we have selected the percentage of TDS which can be automatic calculated in total.
Journal Items will be Generated
You can see journal items will be generated after calculated TDS amount of vendor bill.
