Overview
Each employee may go through many phases while working for a corporation. It might be a trial period, training, a job, etc. Depending on the organization, the stages could change. To evaluate an employee's performance indicators, it's critical to follow these phases in a methodical manner. Therefore, we are offering a new module that will make managing an employee's various stages easier.
Features
Managing the many stages of an employee
Employee's current stage has been added to the tree view.
Employee stage has been added to the kanban view.
The search view now includes a group by stage.
The search view now has a filter for employees.
Employee default search has been added to the search box.
Automated stage history recording
Calculating how long each stage should last
While converting to the employee, there is an option to set "Related User."
When dismissing or removing an employee, make them inactive automatically
Work Methods
Here, we can view the employee's various phases, buttons to modify those stages, and the employee's overall history.
The Start date, End date, and Duration of each stage are tracked in the Status History page..
The system will automatically make an employee inactive when their status reaches the "Resigned" stage.
When we set the stage to "Employment," we have the opportunity to add "Related Users."
Also saw the current stage of Employee in Kanban View.
Current stage is visible in the Tree view also.
