Features

  • This module helps user to manage the Expiry date of leads in CRM.
  • Leads are automatic goes in the expiry stage when expiry date is less than today.

CRM Expiry Stage Configuration

  • Is Expiry Stage: This field indicates the stage is expiry stage.
  • Expiry Date Effective States: Expiry date feature applies when user create or edit the record. User has to mentioned here the stages in which stages expiry date feature will be applied.
  • Default Expiry Days: It sets the days when user create the lead expiry date set automatically by following calculation.
  • Expiry date = today + Default Expiry Days

CRM Expiry Lead

  • Inside the Pipeline user can see the expiry date field.

  • When we set the back date in expiry date field and save the record then it automatically goes in the expiry stage.

  • If we set the default expiry days = 10.
  • Then expiry date automatic set at pipeline creation time.


Expire the CRM Lead via Scheduled Action

  • A scheduled action also runs once a day and check for the expiry lead and update it.
