It will help you to create & manage Multiple sales teams by allocating team leader of each team having multiple sales persons, as well as allocating general manager of the team who can handle more then one team. You can also easily manage the access rights of all the team members as well as team leaders. like

• Sales person : who can use only his own data.


• Team Leader: Who can access the leads & sales orders of all the members of his team but can not access the data of other team members.


• General Manager: He can see the data of all the teams managed by him, but can not access the data of the team which is not under him.


• sales admin: who can access all the data.

You can set General Manager & Team Leader in each Sales Team.

Set User Own Document True in sales Access of this user.

Set His/Her own name in sales person and also set teamleader in manager and general manager.

Set User Own Document in sales Access for Team Leader.

Set CRM: Lead Manager & Sales: Manager True for Team Leader.

In Team leader's contact: Set His/Her own name in sales person as well as in manager and also set general manager.

Set User Own Document in sales Access for General Manager.

Set CRM: General Manager & Sales: General Manager True. Set CRM: Lead Manager & Sales: Manager True. .

Set His/Her own name in sales person & in Manager & Keep General Manager Field Blank.

Now using group by filter salesperson wise in crm admin can view all the leads of all the teams.

Now using group by filter salesperson wise in sales admin can view all the quotations of all the teams..

Teamleader can view only his/her respected teammates leads only.

Teamleader can view only his/her respected teammates quotations only.

General Manager can view only those lead where he/she is set as a general manager in sales team.

General Manager can view only those quotations where he/she is set as a general manager in sales team..
