Stage Tracking in CRM
Features :
- Track when lead pass through any stage by which user.
- It will help us to create the report of each stage movement even if the lead is not currently in that stage.
The stage which you want to track, Open that stage master and Set Want to Track as TRUE.
When you change the stage of any lead, and if that stage is under tracking, it's information will be stored in that lead with data and user.
You can see the details of the stage change from this view.
You can also see the Pivot view to create your report.
