Send Greetings to Customer/Supplier Festival Wishes

Greetings Email to Customer / Vendor / Partner / Contact on Festival

Main Features:

  • This module will send festival wishes by email to Customer/Vendor/Contact/Partner/Agent on Festivals automatically.
  • This module will allow sales managers to configure festivals by countries... There is a menu called "Country Festivals" which you can use to configure festivals of countries. For common festivals for multiple countries (like christmas) you can create a single country festival record by selecting multiple countries and it will send email to all customers/suppliers on that day. For country specific festivals like in India "Diwali" then you can create separate records and give dates of Diwali.
  • Wish your Local/International Customer/Supplier on festivals by sending emails with greetings and wishes.
  • In the country form "Send Customer Supplier Wish?" if it is ticked then only it will send wishes to your customer/supplier. And also if any of your customer/supplier has refused to receive email (Mailing Opt-Out = Tick) then it will not send greetings to that partner.
  • From Scheduled Actions / Cron Job run manually it will run everyday and if any festival on that day then search for country and customer/supplier and send greetings automatically.

    You have to list out all festivals you want to send wishes/greetings to your customer/supplier - You can set custom email template for your greetings on each festivals.

    You have to configure country festivals every year. We have given button Generate Next Year Festival which will create next year country festivals for you by adding next year to all dates.
