Sales Discount Approval
Automatically trigger approval workflows when creating a sale order recorded in the system is updated with a discount. Set approval limits by authorized users or Sales Managers, saving time for approvers. Set alerts to make sure reviewers or sales managers don’t miss approval requests.

Automate your discount approval process
When a sale order is sent for discount approval, It will send email notifications to the approver.
Set discount approval limits
You can define the discount approval limits for a Sales Person and Sales Manager.
Notification when rejected
Email Notification will be sent to the sales person if it is not approved.
Enable default Discount Option. Enable Automatic Approval Notification Email to send and receive Email Notifications. Define the Discount Percentage for Sales Person Max Discount % and Sales Manager Max Discount %.
Map the Team Leader / Approver in sales team.
Create a Quotation. Enter the Discount and Click on 'Apply Discount'. Once Clicked, The discount % will be applied to the line items. If the given Discount Percentage is below and equal to the limit defined You can directly confirm the Sales Order.
If the given Discount percentage is greater than the limit defined, You have to ask for approval to the team leader. Click on 'Ask for Discount Approval'.
Once 'Ask for Discount Approval' is clicked it sends email notifications to the approver.
Once approved by the approver, Sales Person can confirm the sale. If rejected an email notification will be sent to the Sales Person

Yes, the app works perfectly well with Odoo Enterprise as well as Odoo Community. Odoo Online (Cloud) does not allow installation of third-party apps and hence this app cannot be installed on Odoo Online.
