Overview
Enhance ODOO Employees App with the ability to attach documents to employee profile, set expiry dates and notifications to alert when key employee documents are about to expire. Allow you maintain the latest employee documents to improve legal HRM compliance.

From Odoo home page go to Setting
Select Employees from
the side menu Under Expiry Notification section
Configure the days you want Odoo to notify before the expiry date of the documents
Configure the outgoing notification email to HR email
Set the Periodicity, Odoo will check for the expiring documents
Set the Next Execution Date, future notifications will start from this set date
