Employee Retirement
Overview
This Odoo app help Employee to submit retirement request and Administrator can approve or reject the retirement request.
Feature
- Employee can submit Retirement request.
- Responsible Administrator can manage(approve & reject) and track Retirement Request.
- Once an employee submits the request, An email notification will be sent to the Responsible-Administrator. The Employee will get an email notification for the submission of the request.
- Once the Responsible-Administrator approves or rejects the request, the employee and other responsible admin get email notification.
- Retiremet Category: Administrator can add different type of Retirement Category.

Submit Retirement Request

Administrator directly access the request through a button
Retirement to Review menu
Approve and Reject Buttons
Approve Retirement Request.
When administrator approved request then record move to 'Approved' state and auto set value in Approved date & Approved By and Retired button visible for Responsible administrator.
When user approved request then send 2 emails.
1.Employee (who submit the request)
2.Other Responsible-Administrator
Approved request mail to Employee

Responsible Administrator click on Retired button then request move to 'Retired' state and Request-Employee set to 'Archived'.
Rejection case
Responsible Administrator click on Reject button.
Responsible Administrator click on Reject button.
User fill reason and click on Reject button in popup then request move to Rejected state and auto set value in Rejected date, Rejected by and Reason for Rejection. When reject request then send 2 email 1.Employee
2.Other Responsible-Administartor.
Rejected mail to Employee.
Rejected mail to Remaining Responsible-Administrator.
