Using this module, You can set the level of Approval of Purchase.

Key Features
Define level of Purchase approval
Setting of approval workflow on Purchase
Managing history of Approved by
Set the level of Approval of Purchase RFQ.
Go to Purchase --> Configuration --> Approval Workflows
Create Approval Workflow by mentioning Job position and Level

Create RFQ, Click on 'Send for Approval'.
If RFQ amount is greater then vendor's available credit then it RFQ need to be approve, otherwise it can be confirm directly.
To send for approval click on 'Send for Approval'.

Purchase approval status changes
With click on Send for Approval, status will change form 'Draft' to 'Pending for Approval'.

Purchase Approved
Once the Purchase is approved by final level user,Status will change to 'Approved'.

Purchase Approval History
Check Approval Level tab to get the History of Approval.

Also user can the get list of Pending Purchase RFQ to approve
Follow the steps below:
1. Activate developer mode - Go to Settings - Users & Companies - Users.
2. Assign the Show Pending RFQ Approval Menu group to the user.

Purchase Pending of Approval Menu
User will get the Menu Pending of Approval under Purchase - Orders.

Set the level of Approval of Purchase RFQ.

Create RFQ, Click on 'Send for Approval'.

Also user can the get list of Pending Purchase RFQ to approve

Yes, the app works perfectly well with Odoo Enterprise (On-premise and Odoo.SH) as well as Community. Odoo Online (Cloud) does not allow installation of third-party apps and hence this app cannot be installed on Odoo Online.
