Jötnar Systems has provided full support for Odoo's in-built accounting features. The GoCardless connector will keep track of the progress of pending payments, and can post confirmed payments to a dedicated journal — or update an existing journal of your choice. Related invoice statuses will update automatically.

Concise, straightforward settings page enables you to turn the key and go — simply select your environment, press Connect and follow the prompts. That's it.
Important information
This application will charge a 1% fee per transaction via GoCardless. This fee covers our costs of maintaining and supporting the application, and is how we get paid for our work. Please note that interfering with the code to circumvent this fee will result in zero support being given.
Requires creation of a free account with GoCardless. This application transmits the following data to GoCardless Ltd for the purpose of setting up a Direct Debit mandate and taking payments: Customer email address, invoice number, invoice amount. None of your customers' information is shared with Jötnar Systems at any time. For more information view our Privacy Policy.
Please note: This add-on is provided for convenience only. At no time will Jötnar Systems be held liable for any payment collected in error through use of this add-on, even in the case of malfunction. It is the user's own responsibility to ensure that payments submitted to GoCardless are valid and due for collection, and that any payment submitted in error is properly cancelled within the GoCardless website itself.

v16 initial release
Released v16 as-is as it appears to require no compatibility changes. Improvements and quality fixes will be coming soon to all versions, including multi-company support.

Please note - effective as of today, payments processed with our application are subject to a 1% transaction charge collected via GoCardless.
This will ensure our app will always remain free to acquire, while leaving us in the best position to continue providing you with the first-class service you've all come to expect. We are a small business, and introducing this fee directly ensures we can keep lights on & food on our tables, while enabling us to focus more exclusively on our Odoo apps & offerings.

We're currently working on Odoo 14 compatibility, due to uncertainty caused by COVID-19 this has taken some extra time to complete and we expect to have an Odoo 14 version released during this quarter.
