Sending Whatsapp to Customers :

You can start sending whatsapp messages from customer contact form for that you need to initiate by setting up whatsapp number

Go to your Customer Contact form, Put the whatsapp number of client as showed in the below image

Ensure to use country mobile code without the + sign.

After that you can see a separate Whatsapp number or you enter Whatsapp number in mobile field also that will also work.

Step 2: Start Messaging from Odoo to Whatsapp by clicking on the smart button “Message On Whatsapp”.

Step 3: Create whatsapp messages : After you click on the smart button a pop window will be opened. As showed in the below image. : Start entering all your messages and click on send button.

Step 4: Sending messages from Odoo to Whatsapp: Once you click on the send button you will be redirected on the whatsapp web API page. There you just need verify the message and click on the Continue.

If you are sending the message from PC then web page will open and if You are sending the message from your smart phone then your WhatsApp application opens directly, in both cases the conversation opens directly.

In below screenshot you can see the message.

Send Order Confirmations on Whatsapp

After creating the sale order You can send the confirmation message on the customer whatsapp number.

Step 1: Click on the Send Whatsapp Message button

Step 2: Click on the send button

You can see the below screenshot the template of confirmation order is automatically created, You just need to send the message.

Step 3: After you click on the send button you automatically redirect on the whatsapp web api page. Then you just need verify the order confirmation message and click on the Continue.

In below screenshot you can see the order confirmation message sent through whatsapp.

Send Invoice paid confirmation on Whatsapp

After customer paid the invoice of order. You can share the invoice paid message with invoice url on the customer whatsapp number from Odoo ERP. The customer can even download the invoices through the url link

Step 1: Sending Invoices to the Customer :

Click on the “Send Whatsapp Message” button. After customer paid the invoice, then click on “Send Whatsapp Message” button automatically visible. You can see the below screenshot.

Step 2: After clicking on the send button pop window will be open in that you can see the invoice message template and invoice url automatically generated. After that you just need to click on the send button.

Step 3: Once you click on the send button you automatically redirect on the whatsapp web api page. Then you just need verify the invoice confirmation message and click on the Continue.

In below screenshot you can see the invoice paid confirmation message sent on whatsapp.
