New boolean "Hide send message button" on users form view.

If "Hide message button" is true then there will be M2M "Models hide message". In which you can add the models on which you want to hide the "send message" button from the chatter.

Invoicing model does not selected by many2many(Models hide message) field. so the send message button from chatter remains as it is.

project.task model is one of the model that selected by many2many(Models hide message) field, so the send message button from chatter becomes invisible.
